Our Kids of Inspiration . . .

MSU Children’s Health Initiative is pleased to introduce 8 year old ARTAVIA TAYLOR as the very first KID OF INSPIRATION of the 2010-2011 season. She was honored at the MSU Women’s Basketball game on Sunday, December 5, 2010.

Artavia was nominated by Dr. Scott and Dr. Saah at the MSU Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic. She wants everyone to know how much she loves all of her doctors, and she also wants to share that she is good student at Wainwright ElementarySchool in Lansing, where she loves to read and use the computer.

This ongoing program applauds children who have benefited from our pediatric specialists and programs. The Junior Coach Award recognizes a child at each MSU Women’s Basketball home game. One Junior Coach is recognized at each MSU Women’s Basketball home game. The honoree sits behind the bench, meets the coach and team, and receives a special mention during the game.

Meet our kids of inspiration

MSU CHI is pleased to introduce all of its Kids of Inspiration, that go back as far as 2006.
